I. Protection of your personal data
The protection of your personal data is extremely important to us. We therefore
strictly
observe the applicable data protection regulations in Germany.
II. Collation, processing and use of personal data
- To provide our services to our customers, and in particular the REFUdesign service,
we use electronic data processing systems.
- When you register on our website to use the services, we collate and store the
personal data entered by you into the registration form (e.g. name, postal address,
e-mail address, telephone number etc.) to enable you to use the respective service.
For technical reasons, the IP address of the REFUdesign user is also temporarily
recorded after each log in.
- In the event of enquiries, we store the personal data provided by you in the
enquiry for the purpose of its processing.
- We process and use the personal data we collate to provide you with the desired
services and to process your enquiries. To this end, we reserve the right to pass
on your personal data to companies associated with us and service providers that
we have appointed if necessary. Despite this, we shall only disclose the personal
data we have stored to third parties if:
- you expressly authorise us to do so
- we are legally obliged to do so, or
- disclosure is necessary to implement or protect our rights.
- Following your separate consent, we shall also use your personal data to inform
you about our products. You can however rest assured that we neither sell nor otherwise
market your personal data to third parties.
- We continuously endeavour to make our online services as user-friendly as possible
and to continually improve them. To do this, we use cookies on our websites. Cookies
enable us to tailor our website to your individual needs and make it easier
to use. If you have used our website on a public computer, we strongly recommend that you
delete all cookies after logging off so as to prevent the misuse of your data.
- This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google
Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’ – text files that are stored on
your computer and can be used to analyse your website usage. The information generated
by the cookie about your usage of this website is usually transmitted to a Google
server in the USA, where it is saved. As IP anonymisation is activated on this website,
your IP address shall however be shortened by Google within the European Union Member
States or other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area
before its transmission. Only on exceptions shall the full IP address be sent to
a Google server in the USA and then shortened. Google shall use this information
on behalf of this website’s operator to evaluate your usage of the website, create
reports about the website activities and provide the website operator with further
services associated with the website usage and the internet usage. The IP address
transmitted from your browser within the scope of Google Analytics shall not be
consolidated with other data from Google. You can prevent cookies from being stored
by activating the relevant browser settings. Please note, however, that doing so
may prevent you from being able to use all of this website’s functions in full.
You can also prevent Google from collating and processing the cookie-generated website
usage data (incl. your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in

III. Your rights
- As a registered user, you can access and, if necessary, amend the personal data
stored about you via your user account.
- Non-registered and registered users and customers can also find out about the
personal data stored about them and request the correction of inaccurate personal
data at any time by e-mailing us at mail@refu-elektronik.de. We will process your
enquiries as quickly as possible.
- You can of course also instruct us to delete the personal data stored about you
by again sending an e-mail to mail@refu-elektronik.de. On receipt of such e-mails,
we will immediately delete all the personal data we have stored once all existing
agreements and other legal relations with you have been fully completed providing
we are not under any legal obligation to retain the data. Please note that once
deletion is complete, we are no longer able to access the data you provided and
may not be able to process any outstanding enquiries.

IV. Modifications to this Data Protection Policy
Due to the constant developments in the field of electronic data processing, we
reserve
the right to adapt this Data Protection Policy if necessary. We shall notify you
of any changes to this Data Protection Policy in writing using a contact address
that you have provided.
V. Minimum age
Our products and services are not suitable for children. We therefore only offer
our products and services to users aged 18 or over.
